We managed to complete the project on time, and our client was very satisfied with the results."

2. Describe a time when you had to work with a difficult team member. How did you handle the situation?

"I once worked with a team member who had a very different working style. To address this, I scheduled a one-on-one meeting to understand their perspective and find common ground. We agreed on clear communication channels and set expectations for our collaboration. This improved our teamwork significantly, and we successfully completed our project."
