Create a group with the department name and place the user in that group
Right-click on the newly created user and select “Add to Group”.
Type “Domain Admins” in the object names box and click “OK” to grant full system privileges.
Right-click on the user’s name and select “Properties”.
Navigate to the “Member Of” tab to verify the groups the user is a part of.
Click “OK” to close the properties window.
Option 1: From John Doe Properties
